Biographical Note on His Grace Bishop Seraphim of Ottawa |
|
| His
Grace, The Right Reverend Bishop Seraphim (Storheim) is the Bishop of Ottawa and the spiritual
head of the Archdiocese of Canada (Orthodox Church in America). Ordained
a bishop in 1987, Bishop Seraphim serves as secretary of the eleven-member
Holy Synod of Bishops; and on the Holy Synod Theological Education Commission.
He is also a member of the North American Roman Catholic-Orthodox Dialogue
Committee on behalf of the Standing Conference of Canonical Orthodox Bishops
of North America (SCOBA). |
