His Grace Metropolitan Hieronymos (Liapis) was born in 1938 in Inofyta, Viotia. He has studied Theology. He was ordained a deacon in 1967 and a priest in the same year. He served as Chief Secretary of the Holy Synod. He was elected and ordained as bishop in 1981. He has written many books.
