Metropolitan Iakovos of Mytilini,
Eressos and Plomarion

His Grace Metropolitan Iakovos was born in 1942 in Agiasos. He has studied Theology. He was ordained a deacon in 1965 and a priest in the same year. He has served as abbot of the Ipsilos monastery. He was elected and ordained as bishop in 1988. |
