Bishop Konstantin (Djokic) of Central Europe

Bishop Konstantin was born in Gornje Crnljevo, Bosnia, on September 26, 1946. He graduated from the Belgrade Theological Faculty in 1967. He was tonsured a monk on March 28, 1970, and was ordained a hierodeacon on that same day. The following day, March 29, he was ordained to the priesthood. He was elevated to the office of protosyngellos in 1985 and archimandrite in 1991. He was consecrated Bishop of Central Europe on July 21, 1991.
